CEEQA Gala Evening 2024 – Masaryčka is the Building of the year
Yesterday's traditional gala evening culminated in the announcement of the winners of this year's round of the CEEQA competition. The CEEQA (Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards) is a prestigious and internationally recognized event. The prize is awarded annually to significant buildings, companies and professionals across 18 countries from Central and Eastern Europe that have stood out for their achievements in the field of commercial real estate, investment and development in European markets. Prize winners are selected by a jury, whose members are the highest-ranking experts in the field of Real Estate including bankers, investors and consultants. The voting process is overseen by an international consulting company.
This year we have competed with our Masaryčka office project and we are thrilled to have taken home two important awards from Warsaw, Poland:
- Building of the year CEE
- Office development of the year
"We are delighted to see a new lively neighbourhood being born from the abandoned area around the Masaryk Station. The professional public can already see that we have achieved something extraordinary, and the CEEQA award only confirms this. The positive change is also perceived by the citizens and visitors to Prague, who enjoy living and working in the area around Masaryčka and Florence and like to return there," - Petr Palička, CEO of Penta Real Estate for the Czech Republic.
