HOF Awards 2024 - Best of the Best Winners

What a night at the HOF Awards 2024! The cream of real estate investment development and services came out to enjoy a fantastic evening of networking, prizes, live music, and delicious cuisine. In this year's 9th edition of the competition, over 100 nominations advanced from the best and most renowned projects, as well as leading real estate businesses and service providers.

The Masaryčka project won BEST OF THE BEST Office Development of the Year category and was also nominated at the international level in the Best Green Development (Masaryčka) and Best Overall Developer of the Year (Penta Real Estate).

The 9th annual edition of the HOF Awards was held at the NORD Events Center, Bucharest, Romania. The Best of the Best Hall of Fame Awards is the climax of the CIJ Awards series, pitting the winning projects and companies from around Central & Eastern Europe against each other to determine who the Best of the Best really are. This year’s event featured entries from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. In the event’s innovative and transparent voting system, a select group of 30+ real estate leaders from the regions vote as a jury committee and combine their votes with CIJ readers from around CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) and SEE (Southern and Eastern Europe).
