Iveta Fabešová opens a new pastry shop at Masaryčka
In November 2024, renowned pastry chef Iveta Fabešová opened a new branch of her pastry shop IF Café, in the Masaryčka B building. The new pâtisserie is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a 50-seat café, while upstairs houses the pastry production and a small academy designed for the general and professional public.
The interior was designed by CierreEsse, a Milan-based studio specialising in unique gastro design, and is dominated by the light installation “Sweet Butterflies” by the Czech glass company Preciosa.
The dessert menu includes iconic delicacies such as Lemon – a lemon-shaped dessert, Mandarin – a gluten-free honey sponge with mandarin cream, Saturn – a coconut mousse with pineapple filling, and Pistachio entremet cakewith pistachio icing and an airy base. New are Michelin-style breakfasts, created in collaboration with Kristina Nemčková, winner of MasterChef Czech Republic 2019.
Iveta Fabešová, who already runs a successful pâtisserie in Werich's Villa in the Lesser Town, confirms her prominent position on the Czech gastronomic scene with this expansion. The new branch in Masaryčka offers not only top-quality desserts, but also a unique experience in a modern and stylish environment.
