Masaryčka offices are 100% leased

Over the past year, Apple iStyle, as well as L'Osteria, Sakura´s and FÚZE restaurants, Ollies pastry shop, and LOKA café have moved in to the building, but new businesses are on the way. Noel restaurant, which will be operated by the Barock group, is set to open on the ground floor. This upscale restaurant will also operate on the rooftop of Masaryčka, where you will be able to enjoy a unique restaurant and bar concept with a beautiful Prague view. The newly opened restaurants will also be joined by the Korean concept Hansik boasting a modern space in a traditional style.

New tenants include IF Café by the well-known pastry chef Iveta Fabešová, who already operates a branch in the Werich Villa. IF Café will occupy two floors, with a 50-seat café on the Florence end of the ground floor. On the second floor there will be a patisserie and a small academy.

The Nový Bor glass manufacturer Crystalex, which specialises in drinking glasses and owns the Bohemia Crystal brand, also opened here in the end of September.
