The construction of the rough structure of the Motel One hotel is coming to an end. Currently, the work is being completed on the 6^th floor and the concreting of the top floor (the 7^th) is starting.

The activities of other construction professions are also in full swing - specifically the lining of the walls, installation shafts and perimeter walls, as well as the operations related to the technological parts of the building, such as air conditioning, cooling and heating.

The design of the hotel, which was created by Schindler Seko Architects, features seven above-ground floors, whereas the top floor will be receding and with a terrace, similarly to the roofs of the neighbouring houses. One floor with the garages and technical facilities is planned underground. Motel One will offer 382 rooms.
