What can we expect at Masaryčka in 2023?

MASARYČKA – During the winter, we are working on the interiors and preparing to bring the substrates and plant the roofs with the greenery. We want to finish all the work during the spring and summer so that we have enough time to get the final approval for Masaryčka, open it ceremonially and welcome the first tenants.

NA FLORENCI STREET – Because of the season of the year, there is a winter break on the construction site, but if possible, we will start working again as early as in February in order to complete the reconstruction by the summer and to make the street fully operational again together with the opening of Masaryčka.

THE SQUARE – In the spring, the reconstruction of the square near The Masarykovo nádraží Railway Station, at the intersection of Na Florenci, V Celnici and Havlíčkova Streets, will be completed. The rough construction is already finished, all that remains is planting the greenery, installing the furniture and reconstructing the shelter of the metro station.

MOTEL ONE – The rough construction of the hotel in Hybernská Street is almost finished, and we are preparing for the ceremonial mounting of the highest point (“glajcha” in Czech) in late March or early April. This year we will continue with the facade, roofs, technologies replicas bolsos and interiors – the completion date of the hotel is scheduled for the beginning of 2024.

THE RAILWAY STATION – In the period buildings of The Masarykovo nádraží Railway Station, all that is left is just the reconstruction of the corridors in Buildings E and F and the opening of the last retail unit in the location of the former ticket offices, where we are preparing a new bookshop for you.
