What will Masaryčka look like in a few years?

In a new video, watch the first two office buildings by the renowned London-based Zaha Hadid Architects studio in Na Florenci Street or the modern hotel building by the Czech Schindler Seko architects at Hybernská 7.

At the end of the summer of 2023, we plan to open the first office buildings with shops and restaurants, followed by the hotel in 2024. The Railway Administration will then add a vesker gucci brand new, park-style roofing of the station and a track that will provide a direct connection to the Václav Havel Airport.
